Pintadas

スペイン語で「Pintada」といえば、普通、壁に書かれた落書きを意味する。だいたいの場合、何かに対する抗議の意味がこめられていることが多い。そこそこアーティスティックなイラストや、そこらじゅうの壁（もちろん自宅の壁以外）に書かれたサインは、「Grafiti」（グラフィティ）と呼ばれることが多い。

少し前、写真のようなPintadaを見つけた。ちょっと気になった。なぜなら、文自体は意味をなさないからだ。
「Si la espalda te da el culo, tócale la vida」（背中がケツを向けたら、人生を触れ）
にもかかわらず、その意味は簡単に理解できる。
「Si la vida te da la espalda, tócale el culo」（人生に背を向けられたら、ケツを触れ）

「Dar la espalda」（背中を向ける）は、「拒否する、助けない」を意味する。
おそらく、「人生には嫌なこともあるが、そんなネガティブな状況からも何かポジティブなことをつかもうじゃないか」という意味がこめられているのだろう。

これを書いた人が、なぜわざわざ言葉の順番を変えたのか僕にはわからない。ただ、冗談のつもりだったのかもしれない。

同じタイトルの曲をネット上で聞ける が、僕にはそのよさがわからない。

Pintadas

Una pintada, en español, es normalmente una frase pintada en una pared. Normalmente, una manera anónima de protestar contra algo. Decimos «grafiti» más bien a esos dibujos más o menos artísticos que decoran algunas paredes o a las firmas que algunos grafiteros marranos hacen por todas las paredes que pueden excepto las de su propia vivienda.

Encontré esta pintada hace poco y me llamó la atención porque la frase no tiene sentido. Sin embargo, no es difícil encontrárselo: «Si la vida te da la espalda, tócale el culo».

«Dar la espalda» significa «rechazar, no apoyar». Creo que la frase quiere decir que  aunque la vida a veces nos trae cosas desagradables, tenemos que intentar obtener algo positivo de la situación negativa.

En realidad, no sé por qué la persona escribió la frase dislocada. Igual sólo quería hacer gracia.

Hay una canción en internet que también se titula también así, pero no me parece ni un poco buena.

Pintadas

“Pintada” in Spanish is usually a sentence painted on a wall. Mostly, an anonymous way to protest against something. Spaniards call “graffiti” to those paintings (more or less artistic) decorating some walls or to those tags some disgusting people make on every wall they can, except on their own home´s walls, of course.

I found this “pintada” a short time ago. It caught my eye because the sentence makes no sense. However, it not difficult to find it: “If life turns its back on you, touch its bottom”.

“Dar la espalda” means “turn your back on somebody”. I think the sentence means that even though life sometimes brings us unpleasant things, we should try to get something positive out of the negative situation.

In fact, I do not know why they painted that twisted sentence on the wall. Maybe they just wanted to be funny.

You can find a song in the internet with that title, but I don´t think there is anything good in it.
