バルセロナの地下鉄には、「線路横断禁止」という注意書きがいたるところにある。そんなことをする人は誰もいない。

一方で、「盗難禁止」という注意書きはどこにもない。盗難は日常茶飯事だというのに。

Los andenes del metro están llenos de carteles que prohíben bajar a las vías, aunque nadie lo hace; sin embargo, no hay ningún cartel de "Prohibido robar", aunque eso ocurre con demasiada frecuencia.

Crossing the tracks is prohibited

There are signs everywhere at underground platforms saying that crossing the tracks is prohibited, even though nobody does it. However, there is no sign saying “Mugging and pickpocketing is prohibited”, although that happens too often.
